Do you need to return a product or request a size exchange?

Please fill out the form with your information, making sure to include your order number, the product(s) in question, and the reason for your request. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed.

IN A NUTSHELL

  • You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your package.
  • Unless the product is defective, nonconforming, or the error is attributable to TACS, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Size exchanges are subject to the availability of a replacement product.
  • The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made to individual specifications or that are clearly personalized.
